Approval Process

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Sneakustar is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
